Remove air intake hose (4) |
 Installation:
the air intake hose must not be installed along with sealing ring, otherwise sealing ring will be crushed. Parts of the crushed sealing ring may then damage the turbocharger. |

 Installation:
First fit sealing ring for air intake hose to turbocharger |

| |
|
Installation:
Check the condition of the air intake hose and the hose clamp and replace if required. |

Remove crankcase ventilation system hose (1) from air intake pipe (3) |

Loosen hose clamps (2) and remove air intake pipe (3) |
