Telephone number cannot be saved using voice control system (VCS) - AF82.70-P-6065A

MODEL 211 with CODE (813) Voice control system (VCS [SBS]) with CODE (527) COMAND APS with single DVD drive (with navigation) 

Damage code	Cause	Remedy
	The telephone number which the customer wants to save in COMAND using the voice control system is already stored in the address book.	No warranty/goodwill case.
	After the number or name is spoken, the voice control system asks "Where should the number be stored: home, mobile or work?" No matter what the customer says, the voice control system responds with: "Cancel".	1 Search for telephone number in COMAND.
		2 Delete telephone number in COMAND and enter it again using the voice control system. OR  Activate voice entry for telephone number in COMAND address book (press "New") and record the name.
