Remove contacts from Siemens ELO coupling - AR00.19-P-0120-23A

Unfasten secondary release on version with secondary retainer 

  1. Use a suitable tool to reach into the secondary lock (1) and slide in direction of arrow towards pre-locking position (1a).

    Unfasten secondary release on version with securing clip 

  2. Using a suitable tool, pry up the side tabs of the retaining clamp (1).
  3. Slide securing clip (1) upwards.
  4. Remove securing clip (1).

    Unpin female contacts from coupling 

  5. Attach blade holder with SPECIAL TOOL clamping pliers and SPECIAL TOOL MQS blade at side of spring shackle of female contact (2).
  6. Press the spring shackle of the female contact (2) downward and push the female contact (2) out of the contact cavity of the connector housing (1). Tug the corresponding cable at the same time to assist the unpinning procedure.
