Remove contacts from 2.5 solder contact coupling round plug contact - AR00.19-P-0120-17A

Unfasten secondary release on version with slide 

  1. Insert a suitable tool under the slide valve cap (1).
  2. Using a suitable tool, press the slide valve out of the last detent in direction shown by arrow.

    Unfasten secondary release on version with securing clip 

  3. Using a suitable tool, pry up the side tabs of the retaining clamp (1).
  4. Fold up securing clip (1) in direction of arrow.

    Unpin contact from coupling 

  5. Insert blade holder with SPECIAL TOOL clamping pliers and SPECIAL TOOL RK 2.5 solder contact blade from rear side into cable duct of coupling.

    IMPORTANT Align sleeve of SPECIAL TOOL RK 2.5 solder contact blade to spring shackle (1) of coupling. This step presses the spring shackle (1) in the coupling into position.

  6. Remove female contact together with blade holder with SPECIAL TOOL clamping pliers and SPECIAL TOOL RK 2.5 solder contact blade from coupling by gently pulling towards rear.
