Removing/installing the tumble flap switchover valve at the intake manifold - AR09.20-P-1994QB

REMOVINGINSTALLING Removing/installing     
DANGER Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched  when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof. When moving components, ensure that no body parts or limbs are within the operating range of moving parts. AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
NOTES Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge   AH54.00-P-0001-01A
1 Turn key in ignition switch to position "0".    
2 Open engine hood and raise to vertical position Model 203 AR88.40-P-1000P
    Model 209 AR88.40-P-1000Q
3 Remove air filter housing   AR09.10-P-1150QB 
4 Remove the resonance intake manifold (7)   AR09.20-P-1961QB 
5 Detach the pneumatic lines (2) from the intake manifold tumble flap switchover valve (Y22/9)    
6 Remove the lock washer (4) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Replace lock washer (4).  
7 Remove the electrical connector (6) at the intake manifold tumble flap switchover valve (Y22/9)    
8 Remove the intake manifold tumble flap switchover valve (Y22/9) from the resonance intake manifold (7)    
9 Install in reverse order    
INSPECT Checking     
DANGER Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near engine Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.

10 Carry out an engine test run and check the intake tract and fuel system for leaks
