Remove/install cover for filler neck - AR63.50-P-1400-01QA

  1. Remove inner fender at rear inner wheel arch panel.
  2. Remove expansion tank and fuel filler neck from tank system.
  3. Unscrew nuts (1) on activated charcoal filter regeneration line.
  4. Place activated charcoal canister regeneration line to side.

    IMPORTANT Do not kink activated charcoal canister regeneration line.

  5. Plug open fuel lines with SPECIAL TOOL plugs (arrows).

    IMPORTANT Only in combination with SPECIAL TOOL plugs for set W203 589 00 91 00 to fit C209.

  6. SPECIAL TOOL Attach cover to rear inner wheelhouse.

    IMPORTANT Use original nuts (2).
