  1. Scribe mark separation point on outer longitudinal member and separate with a body saw (area H).
  2. IMPORTANT Measure separation point on the spare part corresponding to the repair cut.

  3. Expose weld spots and mill off using a welding spot milling cutter (areas E, F and G).
  4. Expose welding spots and mill off using a welding spot milling cutter (areas B, C and D).
  5. Grind open weld seams (area A).
  6. Remove outer B-pillar.

  7. Then grind connection surfaces to bare metal in checked areas. Sand spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides
  8. Remove grinding and drilling chips using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
  9. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
