1. Mark separation point and cut with body saw (area A).
2. Expose welding spots and mill off using a Spot weld cutter (areas B, C and D).
3. Remove closing section from dividing wall.

4. Expose spot welds and cut out with spot weld cutter (area E)

5. Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas. Sand spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides
6. Remove grinding and drilling chips using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
7. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
