1. Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas. Sand spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides
2. Punch holes of 7 mm dia. (area K).
3. Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas. Sand spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides
4. Transfer separation cut from vehicle to new part and separate (area F).
5. Coat insides of connection surfaces with zinc dust paint.
