Damage code	Cause	Remedy
	Increased transition resistance can occur due to an oxidation layer on the contact sockets 3/5/7 in the connector to the ESP control module.	Replacing control module does not permanently eliminate the problem. If the tests prescribed in STAR DIAGNOSIS do not result in a current error please proceed as indicated in the work instructions ↓
	This leads to a resistance fault of the diaphragm-type path sensor and to the DTC entry FC C1185.	Repair wiring harness connector. Due to bottlenecks we request you to only order the quantities of parts actually required.	SM42.45-P-0001B
