  1. Fit rear inner wheel well and fasten to straightening set with test and locating screw.

    IMPORTANT Test position (1)

    Welding position (2)

  2. Inner wheel well POLARIZATION RESISTANCE SINGLE-ROW SPOT WELD (area N).
  3. Inner wheel well SHIELDED GAS PLUG WELD (area O).

  4. Inner wheel well SHIELDED GAS PLUG WELD (area M).
  5. Inner wheel well POLARIZATION RESISTANCE SINGLE-ROW SPOT WELD (areas L and K).
  6. Inner wheel well SHIELDED GAS PLUG WELD (area H).
  7. Grind spot welds down flat and fold back sheet metal flange (area H).
  8. Inner wheel well in connection to side longitudinal member SHIELDED GAS PLUG WELD (areas D to G).
  9. Grind spot welds down flat (areas E to G).
  10. Remove grinding chips using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
  11. Apply primer (areas E to G).

  12. Spot welding flanges POLARIZATION RESISTANCE SINGLE-ROW SPOT WELD and SHIELDED GAS PLUG WELD (areas I and J).

  13. Wheel Well in connection area of side longitudinal member SHIELDED GAS PLUG WELD (areas A to C).
  14. Clean welding areas and apply primer (areas A to C).
