	Remove/install
1	Remove ashtray housing (3) at front on center console (1)		AR68.20-P-2400P
2	Move center armrest (2) to vertical position.
3	Remove carpet insert in stowage compartment.
4	Remove insert (9) from front cup holder (11)	On vehicles with code (494) USA version
5	Unscrew bolt (10) from front cup holder (11)	On vehicles with code (494) USA version
6	Remove front cup holder (11)	On vehicles with code (494) USA version Roller blind (17) must be moved beyond the original position of the front cup holder (11)
7	Open roller blind (17)	On vehicles with code (494) USA version
8	Remove bolts (15)	On vehicles with code (494) USA version
9	Detach retaining plate (16) and pivot toward front (arrow B)	On vehicles with code (494) USA version
10	Slide roller blind (17) toward front (arrow A)	On vehicles with code (494) USA version Installation:  Ensure that center console (1) is installed without tension.
11	Remove bolts (4)
12	Unclip side covers (5) in installation opening of ashtray housing (3)
13	Turn bolt for arresting pin (6) on left and right side approx. one half turn (arrow)
14	Disconnect electrical portable CTEL separation point (X39/37)	Only on vehicles with code 853 MB standard telephone or with code 854 MB cell phone.
15	Disconnect antenna line connector (8)	Only on vehicles with code 853 MB standard telephone or with code 854 MB cell phone.
16	Lift center console (1) in rear area and remove
17	Reinstall in opposite order
