	Removing
1	Open engine hood	Model 203	AR88.40-P-1000P
		Model 209
		Model 211	AR88.40-P-1000T
2	Remove wideband silencer		AR09.41-P-6825T
3	Loosen poly-V-belt (1) and remove	Use the Torx recess below the tensioning pulley (2) for this purpose and swivel in anti-clockwise direction (arrow). Take off poly V-belt (1) and decelerate tensioning pulley (2).
	Checking
4	Inspect belt pulley sections and tensioning device	Installation: Check the belt pulley sections and the tensioning device for any damage and dirt and replace if necessary.
5	Check poly-V-belt (1)	Installation: Replace poly-V-belt (1) if necessary.
	Inspect poly V-belt for wear and damage		AP13.22-P-1352Z
	Install
6	Fit on poly V-belt (1), tension	Use the Torx recess below the tensioning pulley (2) for this purpose and swivel in anti-clockwise direction (arrow). Fit on poly-V-belt (1) and slacken the tensioning pulley (2). Do not use belt wax or any similar products. 7	Install wide band silencer		AR09.41-P-6825T
8	Close engine hood	Model 203	AR88.40-P-1000P

	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the running engine	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. 9	Carry out engine test run
