	Remove/install
1	Remove front bumper	Model 203 except model 203.076/276	AR88.20-P-2000P
1	Remove front bumper	Model 203.076/276, 209 except code P98
2	Remove lamp unit	Model 203	AR82.10-P-4730P
2	Remove lamp unit	Model 209	AR82.10-P-4730Q
3	Remove vacuum line (7) from vacuum unit (8)
4	Remove wash water hose (10) from headlamp cleaning system pump	Only with headlamp cleaning system, code 600a Close headlamp cleaning system pump and wash water hose (10)
5	Remove bolts (1)	Installation: Mark installation position of cross member (arrow) to facilitate centering during installation.
6	Remove bolts (2)	Center reinforcement on frame cross member.
7	Remove bolts (3)	Headlamp and bumper bracket (6) on frame cross member.
8	Unscrew nuts (4)
9	Unscrew bolts (5)	Slightly press headlamp and bumper bracket (6) to side. Installation: Observe present imprint
10	Remove frame cross member (9)
11	Prepare frame cross member (9) for installation Only for	MODEL 203	AR62.30-P-0001-07P
11	Prepare frame cross member (9) for installation Only for		*BA62.30-P-1004-02A
12	Install in the reverse order
