86 034 04	Tank vent not operating. This makes it difficult to fill the windshield washer fluid reservoir.	1 Install new hose in catch mount on tank.
	The vent hose is unhooked from the catch mount in the filler neck (see arrow) and has slipped down.	Use hose as specified in Parts ordering notes (modified material, EPDM).
	Results: When windshield washer fluid is filled, it runs into the bleed hose preventing sufficient ventilation of windshield washer fluid reservoir. This can be caused by touching when filling the windshield washer fluid reservoir using a watering can with spout
