- Empty or damaged extinguishing agent tanks must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or recycling.
- When scrapping vehicle, return the extinguishing agent tanks to the manufacturer.
- Before transporting filled extinguishing agent tanks, remove squib to prevent inadvertent activation.
- Close opening intended for assembly of the squib on the extinguishing agent tank with a protective cap to prevent inadvertent activation.
