Installation	Replace self-locking nuts
	Risk of death.  Death may result if vehicle slips or topples from the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A

4	Tie rod	Do not damage rubber boot.
		Box wrench for tie rod hexagon nut at rear axle carrier.	Figure

		The rear axle shaft must be horizontal when tightening the nuts Clean grease off ball head bolt and conical seat in wheel carrier. Press ball head bolt into cone, hold with Allen wrench if necessary.
