Deactivating & Activating SENSOTRONIC Brake Control (SBC) System (With Star Diagnosis Compact Diagnosis System)
NOTE:
The SBC system must be deactivated using STAR DIAGNOSIS compact diagnosis system before working on Brake Operating Unit (BOU) or hydraulic unit only.
Brake pad replacement and brake bleeding must not be carried out simultaneously. Before working on SBC system, SBC self-test must be prevented or brake pistons will move out automatically.
To deactivate SBC system, connect STAR DIAGNOSIS compact diagnosis system and follow menus on display. See Figure .
