Idle speed control, ME-SFI fault code description - AD07.61-P-4000-24M

    Increased idle speed due to SBC low-voltage

4 Checked signal or status If the SBC control unit recognizes an undervoltage it will send the request for idle speed increase to the engine control unit via the CAN. The idle speed will then be increased for the engaged drive position to about 750 RPM. This stabilizes the vehicle electrical system voltage which is necessary to ensure safe Sensotronic Brake Control mode.
