1 Fault code
(Fault code according to OBD)		 P207B No CAN message selector lever position from ETC control unit (N15/3) or message incorrect (-)
2 Fault storage After expiry of test duration and fault
  Actuation of engine diagnosis indicator lamp (EURO4) or CHECK ENGINE (MIL) USA ONLY No actuation
3 Checking frequency Continuous
4 Checked signal or status The selector lever position is sent from the ETC control unit (N15/3) via the CAN to the engine control unit.
This communication is monitored.
5 IMPORTANT Also read out the ETC [EGS] control unit fault memory.
