Check prerequisites |
- Engine speed less than 1000 RPM
- Engine speed approaching constant.
- No fault in crankshaft position sensor and camshaft Hall sensor

- Check timing.
- If the measured angle deviation has a positive sign, the signal from the camshaft Hall sensor arrives too early. To remedy this, the camshaft must be rotated to delayed.
