Check seat belts and seat belt buckles for external damage and operation - AP91.40-P-9150M

MODEL 211, 215, 220, 230

INSPECT Checking     
IMPORTANT In the event of damage, malfunctions or defects the seat belt or seat belt buckle must be replaced subject to a separate repair order.
If the customer refuses to have a damaged seat belt or seat belt buckle replaced, an appropriate remark should be made on the repair order.
   
1 Check the belt strap (1) of each seat belt over the complete length for damage IMPORTANT Pay particular attention to severed fibers, chafing marks and other damage.  
2 Check belt strap (1) of each seat belt over the complete length for twisting (arrow) IMPORTANT Remove any twisting.  
3 Check locking function of the inertia reel by pulling out each belt strap (1) suddenly    
4 Check each seat belt buckle (2) for damage and locking of the seat belt buckle tongue (3)
