	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A
1	Drain coolant from radiator		AR20.00-P-1142RVK

2	Remove upper engine cover (2)	Detach top engine cover (2) at both air filter boxes and at bracket toward top.
3	Detach coolant hose (3)	Check condition of coolant hose (3) and hose clamp (6). Install new parts if necessary in order to avoid a loss of coolant.

4	Remove poly-V-belt for compressor (8)		AR13.21-P-1202RVK

6	Unscrew bolts for coolant thermostat housing (5)	Engines 113.990/ 991	*BA20.10-P-1003-01L
		Engines 113.992/ 995	*BA20.10-P-1003-01C
7	Take off coolant thermostat housing (1) together with coolant thermostat	Installation:  Replace sealing ring (4), in order to avoid loss of coolant.

9	Install in the reverse order
