- Clean edges (a) of brake pad base plate (1, 2) with a rag soaked in solvent.
- Clean application points of brake pad in brake caliper with a rag soaked in solvent.
- Apply 1 to 2 mm of Molykote Cu-7439 brake pad paste to the edges (a) of the brake pad base plate.
Only apply brake pad paste to the edges (1). Brake pad paste must not touch the friction surface or any other parts other than those mentioned above. Remove excess brake pad paste immediately from front or back of brake pad.
