When removing or installing the vehicle's air conditioner housing, always do so with an assistant in order to avoid any damage to the interior and the air conditioner housing.
Installation:
The seals (11, 10) must be moistened with soapy water; never use oil or grease for this purpose.
The guides (12) may only be lightly greased.
Ensure that the seal (11) at the air conditioner housing air inlet and the seal (10) at the expansion valve are seated correctly. Replace seals (11, 10) if necessary.
Also make sure that the bolt at the firewall is seated correctly in the guides (12).
