	Removing
	Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts	Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts. Deburr repair panels.	AS00.00-Z-0017-01A
1	Remove automatic light switch daylight sensor		AR82.10-P-2400GM
2	Remove rain sensor		AR82.30-P-7700GM
3	Fold back wiper arms
4	Cut open outer rubber lip on sealing frame (1)
5	Unclip connection line (6) for right antenna amplifier (A2/65) from snap fastener (7) on right bottom of windshield (2)
6	Press windshield (2) from inside to outside	Hold windshield (2) with aid of helper and remove. Cup suction tool/shackle (for removing and installing windows) gotis://K_67.0_03.0
7	Remove cement residues from windshield frame (5)	Keep dust and grease away from windshield frame (5).	*BR00.45-Z-1008-04A
	Install
8	Install sealing frame (1) on windshield (2)
9	Insert assembly cord (3) into retaining slit of sealing frame (1)	Cross installation cord (3) approx. 20 cm.
10	Apply adhesive (4) in windshield frame (5) radius all the way around.	Width of adhesive bead at least 7 mm.	*BR00.45-Z-1007-02A
11	Position windshield (2) in windshield opening with aid of helper
		Cup suction tool/shackle (for removing and installing windows) gotis://K_67.0_03.0
12	Connect connection line (6) for right antenna amplifier (A2/65) on snap fastener (7) of windshield (2).
13	Press on windshield (2) slightly and pull out assembly cord (3) from bottom to windshield (2)	Carefully press on windshield (2), otherwise, windshield (2) can break.
14	Apply adhesive (4) from outside between sealing frame (1) and windshield (2) all the way around.	Remove excessive adhesive (4). Allow adhesive (4) to flash off for at least 12 hours.	*BR00.45-Z-1008-04A
15	Position wiper arms on windshield (2)
16	Install rain sensor		AR82.30-P-7700GM
17	Install automatic light switch daylight sensor		AR82.10-P-2400GM
