	Removal/installation
1	Remove CD changer covering (1)	Only with CD changer, code EP5
2	Unscrew holding lug (2)
3	Remove floor coverings (3) from cover panel	If necessary, slightly lift side wall lining in rear area
3	Remove floor coverings (3) from cover panel	Installation: Glue floor coverings (3) back onto cover panel	*BR00.45-Z-1002-02A
4	Remove cover (4)
5	Remove CD changer	Only with CD changer, code EP5	AR82.64-P-7508GR
6	Disconnect electrical connector (5)
7	Separate screw connection (6)	Only with TELE AID car telephone emergency call system, code ET2
8	Pull electrical line and antenna cable toward outside through body	Installation: Replace damaged grommets (7). Moisten grommets (7) with lubricant.
9	Remove cover (8) on right and left
10	Unscrew bolts (10) from bumper corners (9) on right and left
11	Unscrew bumper corners (9) from strut (11) on right and left and remove
12	Disconnect electrical connector (12) from back-up assist lamp (E7)
13	Disconnect electrical connector from rear fog lamp (E3/1)
14	Remove left license plate lamp (E19/1) and right license plate lamp (E19/2)
15	Unscrew bumper from bumper bracket and remove
16	Install in the reverse order
17	Read out DTC memory and erase fault, if necessary	After completion of the work, it is necessary to process and erase the DTCs stored in the DTC memory during assembly and testing work due to disconnected lines and simulation.
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory	STAR DIAGNOSIS diagnosis system, Compact Passenger Car	AD00.00-P-2000-04A
18	Check rear fog lamp (E3/1), back-up assist lamp (E7), left license plate lamp (E19/1), right license plate lamp (E19/2) and back-up assist sensors
