	Remove/install
1	Open engine hood
2	Unscrew radiator grille (2) from upper radiator crossmember	On model 463.309/332/333 the radiator grille (2) is fastened with two nuts (1). on model 463.202/222/236/237/243/244/ 245/246/247/248/249/250/254/270/271/ 303/306/322/323/336/340/341/346 the radiator grill (2) is fastened with four bolts.
3	Tilt radiator grille (2) toward front	Slide radiator grille (2) to side, lift out of retaining lug (3) toward front and then unhook opposite side. Installation:  Ensure that the retaining lugs (3) are positioned in the guides of the headlamp paneling on both sides.
4	Close hose (4) on distributor element (5) with clamp	Only on model 463.202/ 222/ 236/ 237/ 243/ 244/ 245/ 247/ 248/ 249/ 250/ 254/ 303/ 306/ 309/ 332/ 333/ 336/ 340/ 341/ 346

5	Loosen hose clamp (7)	Only on model 463.202/ 222/ 236/ 237/ 243/ 244/ 245/ 247/ 248/ 249/ 250/ 254/ 303/ 306/ 309/ 332/ 333/ 336/ 340/ 341/ 346
6	Remove hose (4) on left headlamp from spraying nozzle fitting (6)	Only on model 463.202/ 222/ 236/ 237/ 243/ 244/ 245/ 247/ 248/ 249/ 250/ 254/ 303/ 306/ 309/ 332/ 333/ 336/ 340/ 341/ 346 Carefully move hose (4) back and forth.
7	Pull hose out of radiator grille (2)
8	Remove radiator grille (2)
9	Install in the reverse order
