Removal & Installation
- Remove brake disc. See REAR DISC

- Remove lower retracting spring (1). See Fig 1
.
- Remove pressure springs (2).
- Remove brake shoes (3) together with upper retracting spring (4) and brake adjuster (5).
- Installation is the reverse of removal. Ensure correct seating of lower retracting spring. Tighten nuts and bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
. Check adjustment of parking brake and adjust if necessary. See PARKING BRAKE
under ADJUSTMENTS.
