1	Loosen bolts on bottom door hinge (1).
2	Loosen bolts on top door hinge (2).
3	Loosen bolt on locking wedge (3).
4	Adjust panel gap on front door.	The closed front door must have an even gap all around and the same protrusion in relation to the body. If necessary add or remove adjusting plates below the door hinge assemblies.	*BE72.10-P-1001-01B
5	Tighten bolts on lower door hinge (1).
6	Tighten bolts on upper door hinge (2).
7	Adjust front door in relation to body and adjust front door so that it closes properly	The closed front door should have the same protrusion in relation to the body all the way around. Ensure even fitting of the door rubber seal, otherwise moisture can ingress.	*BE72.10-P-1001-01B
8	Tighten bolts on locking wedge (3).
9	Grease lock		*BR00.45-Z-1015-06A
10	Check adjustment and easy movement of front door	Open and close front door several times.
11	Paint bolts on door hinges to match vehicle color.
