Inspect contacts - AR42.45-P-0820-03T

  1. INSPECT Check contacts (1) for oxidation, pitting, deformation and other damage.

    NOTES To prevent damage and malfunctions, never touch, machine or align the contacts (1), contact areas (2a) and contact springs (2b), or treat them with contact spray. Do not connect any measuring instruments and do not apply voltage.

    IMPORTANT Replace the control unit (N47-5) if there is oxidation, pitting, deformation or any other damage.

  2. INSPECT Check alignment of plug contacts (3a) of pump motor (3).

    NOTES To prevent damage and malfunctions, do not connect any measuring instruments and do not apply voltage.

    IMPORTANT The plug contacts (3a) must be perpendicular to the bottom face (B) and parallel to the side face (S) of the hydraulic unit (A7/3); carefully align the plug contacts (3a) if necessary.
