Remove/install rear wall between interior and trunk - AR64.20-P-1090T

MODEL 211.0 except CODE (287) Through-loading feature

REMOVING Remove    
DANGER Risk of explosion  from aluminum grinding dust, risk of injury  to respiratory system from inhaling dust Wear protective respiratory mask, protective gloves and safety glasses. Use suitable, grounded vacuum cleaner AS60.00-Z-0007-01N
DANGER Risk of poisoning  caused by inhaling vapors or swallowing adhesive. Risk of injury  from adhesive coming into contact with skin and eyes Wear respiratory protection, protective gloves and safety glasses. Only pour glue into suitable and appropriately marked containers. AS00.00-Z-0016-01A
NOTES General information on repairs to body All models AH60.00-N-0001-01A
IMPORTANT Preliminary treatment of bonding surfaces Model 171, 211, 215, 240, 414, 639 AH60.00-P-0008-01N
1 Remove rear shelf Except electric rear window roller blind, code 540a AR68.30-P-4580T
    With electric rear window roller blind, code 540a AR68.30-P-4580TB
    IMPORTANT Do not disassemble rear shelf  
2 Remove center paneling in trunk   AR68.30-P-4810T
3 Remove detachable parts in area to be repaired    
4 Cover all detachable body components that remain in the area to be repaired Tarpaulin (fire-resistant) *WH58.30-Z-1001-40A 
5 Separate rear wall (1)   AR64.10-P-5746-01T 
    COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS Hot-air gun -3000 W *WH58.30-Z-1004-20A 
    Drill (electric/pneumatic) *WE58.40-Z-1001-03A 
6 Prepare rear wall (1) for installation   AR64.10-P-5746-02T 
REFER TO FORMS Recycle aluminum parts   OS60.00-P-0001-01N

10 Install center paneling in trunk   AR68.30-P-4810T
11 Install all removed detachable body components
