Remove contacts from micro quadlock system connector - AR00.19-P-0120-03B

Unfasten secondary release on version with lock tab 

  1. Push suitable tool underneath locking shackles (1).
  2. Pry up the lock tabs (1) in direction shown by arrow.

    Unpin contact pins from the connector 

  3. Insert blade holder with SPECIAL TOOL clamping pliers and SPECIAL TOOL MQS blade from front side though opening above contact cavity of connector housing (3).

    IMPORTANT This presses down the spring shackle at the contact pin (2).

  4. A slight tug on the corresponding cable will pull the contact pin (2) out of the cavity of the plug.

    IMPORTANT Foil contacts must be unpinned at the same time. Tug on the foil while pressing down the spring to remove the foil.
