Remove contacts from laminated contact system plug - AR00.19-P-0120-20A

Unpin contact pins from the connector 

  1. Insert release tool with SPECIAL TOOL RK 1.5 ejector from front side into contact cavity of connector (1).

    NOTES If high pressure is applied, the bridges of the contact cavities may break.

    IMPORTANT Spring shackles at contact pin (2) are pressed together with sleeve (3) of release tool with SPECIAL TOOL RK 1.5 ejector.

  2. Press contact pin (2) from its seat in housing using plunger (4) on release tool with SPECIAL TOOL RK 1.5 ejector against spring force of tool.
  3. Gently pull the respective line to remove the contact pin (2) from the connector (1).
