Remove contacts from Siemens ELO connector - AR00.19-P-0120-24A

Secondary release on version with "Siemens ELO" securing lip (shown on 10-pin "Siemens ELO" connector) 

  1. Using a suitable tool, pry up the side tabs of the retaining clamp (1).
  2. Move the tabs.
  3. Remove securing clip (1).

    Unpin contact pins from "Siemens ELO" connector (shown on 10-pin "Siemens ELO" connector) 

  4. Attach blade holder with SPECIAL TOOL clamping pliers and SPECIAL TOOL MQS blade at side of spring shackle of contact pin (2).
  5. Press down the spring shackle of the contact pin (2) and push the contact pin (2) out of the contact cavity of the connector housing (1). Tug the corresponding cable at the same time to assist the unpinning procedure.
