Remove contacts from FIN sensor contact coupling - AR00.19-P-0120-12A

Unfasten secondary release on version with spring (shown on laminated sensor contact, Junior Power Timer coupling) 

  1. Insert a suitable tool between the spring and the housing.
  2. Press out the spring.

    Unfasten secondary release on version with slide (shown on laminated sensor contact, Junior Power Timer coupling) 

  3. Push (1) slider out of locked position in direction of arrow.

    Unfasten secondary release on version with pin 

  4. Using a suitable tool, push pin out of last detent in direction shown by arrow.

    Unpin female contacts from coupling 

  5. Insert blade holder with SPECIAL TOOL clamping pliers and SPECIAL TOOL LSK 8 blade from front side though openings at contact cavity of coupling (1).

    IMPORTANT This step compresses the spring shackles (2) on the female contact.

  6. A slight tug on the corresponding cable will remove the female contact (1) from the coupling.
