Synchronize sliding/pop-up roof, function - GF77.20-P-3002Q
MODEL 209.3 with CODE (414a) Electric glass sliding/pop-up roof
Synchronization occurs when de-synchronization has taken place.
De-synchronization occurs,
- when circuit 30 Off,
- when the sliding/pop-up roof exceeds the defined motion range by 25 rotations of the SR motor (M12m1),
- in the event of failure of Hall sensor 1 (M12b1) or Hall sensor 2 (M12b2) for more than 160 ms (in spite of reversing of the sliding/pop-up roof),
- when the defined sequence of signals from Hall sensor 1 (M12b1) and Hall sensor 2 (M12b2) is erroneous,
- in the event of Hall undervoltage and emergency opening.
De-synchronized state
The position of the sliding/pop-up roof is not known. The sliding/pop-up roof can only be moved by actuating the SR switch (N70s1).To emphasize the de-synchronized state and protect the mechanical end stop when the sliding/pop-up roof is open, the SR motor (M12m1) is actuated in the opening direction only for approx. 0.3 s. Then, it is necessary to actuate the SR switch (N70s1) in the "Open" direction again.
Performing synchronization
Open the pop-up roof with the SR switch (N70s1) until the mechanical stop is reached and then continue to press the SR switch (N70s1). The overhead control panel control module (N70) continues to actuate the SR motor (M12m1) and sets the position counter to zero when the SR motor (M12m1) has recognized lockup for at least 0.5 s
At least 3 edges must have been recognized on Hall sensor 1 (M12b1) and Hall sensor 2 (M12b2) before reaching the lockup position.
The sliding/pop-up roof is now in the synchronized state, i.e. the overhead control panel control module (N70) can switch off the SR motor (M12m1) before reaching the mechanical stop during automatic opening and automatic closing of the sliding/pop-up roof.
It is not possible to synchronize the sliding/pop-up roof with the convenience opening, convenience closing, automatic opening and automatic closing features, because these functions are not possible in the de-synchronized state.
