Remove female contact from double flat spring contact coupling - AR00.19-P-0120-30A

Unfasten secondary release on version with locking grille 

  1. Insert a suitable tool on side between locking grille (1) and housing.
  2. Slide locking grille (1) in direction of arrow.

    Unfasten secondary release on version with slide 

  3. Insert a suitable tool on side between slide (1) and housing.
  4. Move slide (1) in direction of arrow.

  5. Push (1) slider out of locked position in direction of arrow.

    Unpin female contacts from coupling (Version 1) 

  6. Insert blade holder with SPECIAL TOOL clamping pliers and SPECIAL TOOL LSK 8 blade from front side though openings at contact cavity of coupling.

    IMPORTANT This pushes together the springs at the female contact (1).

  7. A slight tug on the corresponding cable will remove the female contact (1) from the coupling.

    Unpin female contacts from coupling (Version 2) 

  8. Insert blade holder with SPECIAL TOOL clamping pliers and SPECIAL TOOL MPT blade from front side though openings at contact cavity of coupling.

    IMPORTANT This presses together the springs of the female contact (1).

  9. A slight tug on the corresponding cable will remove the female contact (1) from the coupling.
