1. Route wiring harness (1) along existing cables in vehicle, as shown in illustration, and fix with cable straps.

2. Route branch to center console of TV tuner wiring harness (1) in cable duct, as shown in illustration, and fix with cable strap.

3. Route branch to COMAND operating, display and control unit (A40/3) and connect (arrow).

4. In the driver footwell, expose the red/yellow cables (rt/ge) of circuit 30 connector sleeve (Z4/3), the black/white cable (sw/ws) of the CAN bus junction (+) FFS (Z35/1) and the black cable (sw) of the CAN bus junction (-) FFS (Z35/2), and solder on the corresponding identically colored cables of the TV tuner wiring harness (1).

5. Route TV tuner wiring harness (1) in the cable duct to the rear as far as the D-pillar.

6. Route branch to antenna module (A2/12) and plug in TV connector.

   The two-part TV connection is color-coded.

7. The connection sequence at the antenna module (A2/12) is: Blue (bl) - black (sw) - yellow (ge) - red (rt)

8. Route branch of wiring harness (1) to TV tuner (A2/42) into the left of the trunk.
9. Connect ground, left wheelhousing in trunk (W6).
