Subscriber sequence after installation (must be complied with):

• Radio (A2) or  COMAND operating, display and control module (A40/3)
• D2B interface for permanently installed telephone (A59) (for code 316 only)

  or 

  portable CTEL D2B interface (A59/1) (for code 317 only)

• Radio (A2) or  COMAND operating, display and control module (A40/3)

  The data line is established in accordance with the given subscriber sequence.

1. Insert connectors for D2B wiring harness into the specified connections at the ring subscribers for radio (A2) or  COMAND operating, display and control module (A40/3) and D2B interface for permanently installed telephone (A59) (code 316)

   or 

   portable CTEL D2B interface (A59/1) (for code 317 only).

   Route optical waveguide along present leads while observing special routing guidelines and fasten with adhesive felt.

2. Route optical waveguide modules (M1/ M2) into the right-hand existing cable ducts forwards towards the selector lever and from there on to the center console's cable duct.
