Retrofitting navigation processor in trunk - AN82.85-P-0001-01MA

Installation shown using code (819) 6disc CD-changer 

  1. Slide navigation processor (N41/1) into bracket (1) until it audibly locks into position.
  2. Place bracket (1) in trunk on the left-hand side.
  3. Release strapped-down black, 8-pin connector (3) and blue connector (4) (GPS antenna line) in the trunk on the left.
  4. Contact black, 8-pin connector (3), MOST-connector (11) and blue connector (4) (GPS antenna line) to the navigation processor (N41/1).

  5. Secure bracket (1) in the trunk using sheet metal nut (5) and two screws (6).

    NOTESRisk of breakage!  Do not kink optical waveguide, route over sharp edges or bend in radii smaller than 25 mm. Tensile forces on inserts must not exceed 65 N. Do not squeeze fiber optical cable and do not compress with clamps or tie straps.
