Take off rear balancing weight (20) |
Check stem and thread length of bolt, when exceeding maximum length the bolt must be replaced, otherwise there is risk of cracks and fracture. |

Balancing shaft can only be removed to the front. |

Fix rear weight at crankcase with a pin or suitable drift (Ø 8.40 to 8.55 mm) for this step. |
