Remove/install ESP brake pressure sensor - AR42.45-P-0816Q

MODEL 203 as of 1.8.01 

MODEL 209 with CODE (472) Electronic Stability Program (ESP)

MODIFICATION NOTES

16.5.06 "Disconnect/connect ground line on battery" removed    
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
DANGER Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury  caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes. Pour brake fluid only into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid. AS42.50-Z-0001-01A
1 Suction off brake fluid from brake fluid reservoir

NOTES Notes on repairs to brake system   AH42.00-P-0003-01A
2 Disconnect plug from ESP brake pressure sensor (B34)    
3 Unscrew ESP brake pressure sensor (B34) from stepped tandem brake master cylinder (1) IMPORTANT Collect brake fluid which flows out with cloth.  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA42.45-P-1007-01B 
4 Install in the reverse order    
5 Bleed brake system   AR42.10-P-0010P 
    FLUID SPECIFICATION *BF42.10-P-1001-01A 
6 Read out fault memory and erase IMPORTANT STAR DIAGNOSIS  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION ELECTRONIC STABILITY PROGRAM (ESP)
