Removing/Installing Securing Pin

Removing

1 - Pull out main shift rail (3rd gear engaged).
2 - Fit extraction tool (073) on connection piece of main shift rail and secure with safety bolt (3).
WARNING: The extraction tool must lie on the safety bolt (3) and on the ball head of the connection piece (arrow).
3 - Press roll pin out of main shift rail using extraction tool (073).

Installing

4 - Fit extraction tool (073) with guide sleeve (074) on connection piece of main shift rail and secure with safety bolt (3).
WARNING: The extraction tool must lie on the safety bolt (3) and on the ball head of the connection piece (arrow).
5 - Press roll pin (2) into main shift rail using extraction tool (073) and guide sleeve (074).
WARNING: Press in until thread of spindle makes contact with the guide sleeve.
