Connect valve block to hydraulic unit - AR77.37-P-3500-01G
Fig 2: Identifying Valve Block, Connection Plate, Hydraulic Lines And Hydraulic Soft Top Actuation Unit
- Unscrew bolts (1) from valve block (2) and slide connection plate (3) in direction of arrow.
- Remove first five plugs (4) from valve block (2)
- Disconnect hydraulic lines (20, 21, 31, 42, 44) from hydraulic soft top actuation unit (A7/5) and connect to valve block (2) in numerically increasing order
When disconnecting, hold a rag around the hydraulic connections, to catch hydraulic oil running out
- Fasten connection plate (3) to valve block (2) with five bolts (1).
- Connect hydraulic lines for valve block to hydraulic soft top actuation unit (A7/5) according to numbers on valve block (2)
