- Align traffic data memory (A2/43) next to APS navigation processor (A2/30) as shown in figure. Mark hole pattern for mounting arms, drill 3 mm dia. mounting holes. Fasten traffic data memory with 3 commercially available sheet metal screws
Screw in sheet metal screws with sealing agent.
- If installed on trunk floor cut out trunk paneling.
- Depending on installation location protect traffic data memory (A2/43) against damage with plastic or sheet metal cover (shop-made) (for example, cut out styrofoam cube (dotted line) and place over traffic data memory).
