	Removal
1	Remove head restraint
2	Insert saddlemaker's needle (1, arrows) or similar tool (e.g. 2 mm thick steel wire 150 mm long) from top into side hole in head restraint guide (2) and use it to depress detent (arrow), while simultaneously pulling head restraint guide (2) upward and out
	Installation
3	Insert head restraint guide (2) into front seat backrest (3). The detent (arrow) must point to the right	Do not damage backrest cover! The head restraint guide (2) with the release button (4) must be installed on the left side
4	Insert head restraint guide (2) into backrest (3) until the detent (arrow) catches in the backrest frame
5	Install head restraint
