Removing and installing cover on front seat cushion - AR91.18-P-1800G

| 1 | Remove front seat cushion | AR91.10-P-1070G | |
| 2 | Lay seat cushion on suitable surface with cover (1) down | ||
| 3 | Unhook the two fabric tabs (arrows) on the cushion shell (2) | ||
| 4 | Unhook cover (1) all the way around in the clip groove in the cushion shell (2) (arrows) | ||
| 5 | Remove cushion shell (2) from foam rubber pad (3) | ||
| 6 | Fold cover (1) to side and unhook upholstery straps (arrows, 9 each) from wire insert in foam rubber pad (3) | ||
| 7 | Pull lateral upholstery wire (4) out of textile sleeve in cover (1) and unhook upholstery straps (5, 3 each) | ||
| 8 | Fold cover (1) to side and unhook middle upholstery straps (3 each) from wire insert in foam rubber pad (3) | ||
| 9 | Remove cover (1) from foam rubber pad (3) | ||
| 10 | Unhook upholstery straps (5, 9 each) and pull longitudinal upholstery wires (6) out of textile sleeves in cover (1) | ||

| 11 | Insert longitudinal upholstery wires (6, 3 each) into textile sleeves in cover (1) | ||
| 12 | Fold cover (1) over and position on foam rubber pad (3) | ||
| 13 | Hook middle longitudinal upholstery wire (6) onto wire insert in foam rubber pad (3) with upholstery straps (5, 3 each) | Fig 4 | |
| 14 | Pull rear lateral upholstery wire (4) into textile sleeve in cover (1) | ||
| 15 | Install side longitudinal retainers and rear lateral retainers (9 upholstery straps) | Fig 4 | |
| 16 | Pull cover (1) to side over foam rubber pad (3) | ||
| 17 | Position cushion shell (2), align cover (1) and hook into cushion shell (2) all the way around | ||
| 18 | Hook fabric tabs (arrows) on left and right into cushion shell (3). Trim seam on cover (1) in this area | ||
| 19 | Ensure that contour of cover (1) is positioned correctly | ||
| 20 | Install seat cushion | AR91.10-P-1070G |
