Removing and installing instrument panel - AR68.10-P-1000G

	Removal, installation
1	Disconnect ground lead from battery		AR54.10-P-0003A
2	Remove front center console		AR68.20-P-2010G
3	Remove paneling on A-pillar		AR68.30-P-4050G
4	Remove sheet metal clips (4) on left and right A-pillars	Danger of damaging foil for upper section of instrument panel (5)
5	Remove instrument cluster		AR54.30-P-6015EA
6	Remove insulating mat in area of front center console
7	Unscrew screws (1) on left and right
8	Lift cover (2) and remove toward outside
9	Unscrew screw (3) on left and right in area of defroster nozzle
10	Lift top section of instrument panel (5) and remove toward rear	When installing insert insulating mats (2 each). Install sheet metal clips on left and right as well as expanding anchors (2 each) in the frame for the instrument cluster or check that they are still there. Install top section of instrument panel (5) with defroster nozzles on heater housing
11	Reinstall in opposite order
12	Check for proper function
