	Check
	Risk of injury  in the form of trapping or crushing, or even severing of limbs, if caught in windshield wiper mechanism	Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism.	AS82.30-Z-0001-01A
1	Switch on ignition and check spray nozzles of windshield washer system on windshield for proper operation	If spray nozzles are blocked: ↓ Clean spray nozzles from outside using suitable needle and compressed air.
2.1	Check function of spray nozzle of windshield washer system on rear window	Model 124 T-model wagon, 168, 202 T-model wagon, 203.2/7, 210.2 For clogged up spray nozzle: ↓ Clean spray nozzle from outside using suitable needle and compressed air.
3	Check adjustment of all spray nozzles of windshield wiper system	If necessary correct setting using adjusting drift.

4	Check setting of wiper arms on windshield	The wiper blades must not come into contact with the A-pillar or the cowl, otherwise the body and wiper mechanism will be damaged. If there are problems: ↓ Check wiper blades and wiper arm for deformation and replace if necessary.
5.1	Check setting of wiper arm on rear window	Model 124 T-model wagon, 168, 202 T-model wagon, 203.2/7, 210.2 The wiper blade may not wipe beyond the glass surface, as otherwise the tailgate or wiper mechanism may be damaged. If there are problems: ↓ Check wiper blade and wiper arm for deformation and replace if necessary.
6.1	Check spray nozzles of headlamp cleaning system for proper operation	With headlamp cleaning system code 600 or bi-xenon headlamps. Clean blocked spray nozzles from outside with suitable needle and compressed air.
7.1	Check headlamp cleaning system spray nozzle setting	With headlamp cleaning system code 600 or bi-xenon headlamps. The spray jet must impact in the area in front of the lamps on the lens, if necessary correct adjustment.
